Today I have made tasty healthy smoothies breakfast recipe. It's very easy and simple quick recipe.

Arrenge all ingredients in one place as shown in fig.

Take a grinder jar add apple, oats, chia seeds, dates, almond and walnut then add milk, blend it into a smooth puree. Smoothies is ready.

Now pour the smoothies into a serving cup. Garnish with chia seeds and apple piece.
