Take 1 tbsp oil, carom seeds, 1/2 tsp Chili powder, salt and flour.

Add rava and mix well.

Mix well to crumble the mixture and add water to knead a dough.

Keep aside the kneaded dough for 20 minutes.

Soak urad dal for 1 hour.

Strain it and grind with green chilli and ginger.

Heat oil in a pan and put crushed cumin seeds and coriander seeds.

Add grounded urad dal and saute.

Now add spices and salt and mix well.

Cook on medium heat till dal cooked well and mixture becomes dry.

Make round balls from kneaded dough and fill with urad dal stuffing.

Seal the edges of puri.

Sprinkle some flour and roll out puri with the help of rolling pin.

Heat oil in a skillet and deep fry these puris till golden in colour and puffed up well.

Serve hot Bedmi puri with gravy aloo sabzi.
