First Heat the cooker,pour oil then pour one by one day masala and roast.

Then. Add ginger garlic, then chopped tomatoes and onion. Roast it nicely three minutes and add ground nut powder, roast again two minutes.

Then add turmeric, and coriander powder, cardamom salt,chilli powder, garam masala, pavbhaji masala.

After two minutes, add chopped brinjal,potatoes, capsicum, mixed it nicely.
Covered the lid of cooker and. Roast three minutes.Then add water.Close the lid cooker.Cook five minutes in sim flame. - 5
Then turn off the gas.Cool and open the lid of cooker and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve it with rice,chappati or with bhakri. 💓🍅
