Dal Makhni cups
A unique starter from rice and dal makhni
Steps

Mix the rice, potato, salt and flour to form a dough like. Grease in hollow mould and add enough amount to form a bowl shape. Bake at 180 degrees for 20mts.

Now pressure cook the rajma and dal. Make puree of tomato onion, garlic. In a pan heat oil, add asofedita and prepared puree. Add ginger

Now add cooked urad dal and rajma all the spices and mix well. Cook for about 10mts
- 4
Now the cups are ready pour the dal makhni in it. Add chopped coriander and fresh cream on top.
