  • 1 tbspsoaked gond katira
  • 2 tbspjaggery powder
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 6-7 sprigmint leaves
  • 150 mlchilled tonic or soda water
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspsoaked chia seeds

    Add gond katira and soaked chia seeds at the bottom. Add jaggery powder and pour chilled tonic water

    Now crush mint leaves by hand and add in it. Add chat masala and red chilli powder., lemon juice mix well
