Steps

Firstly,add Dry yeast and sugar in warm milk,
Mix properly,
Cover it and give it rest for 10 minutes.
Sieve the flour in a bowl.
Add salt and mix. - 2

Now add a formatted mixture in the flour and knead soft dough by pressing with the palm for 3-4 minutes.
Add butter and knead again till all butter gets merged with flour.
Cover the dough and give the rest for 1 hour. - 4
After resting the dough, remove the air from the dough and make an equal size 8 portion.
Cover them
Now take one portion and roll the chapati,
Apply the butter on it.
With the same procedure,roll all chapati and pile them up one on another. - 5
Now take the bunch of chapati and roll them approx 10 inch diameter.
Cut it in the triangle shape.
And start rolling from wide to narrow and try to make croissants as shown in the picture.
Arrange them in the oven tray,cover again and give the rest for 5-7 minutes.
In the meantime, preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
Before putting it in the oven,
Brush them with the milk and back till brown marks appear. - 6
Remove from the oven,
Apply butter on them.
Let it cool.
Yummy croissants are ready.
Arrange in the serving dish and enjoy tea time snack..
