Bouillon Cheese Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and place them in a pot with just enough water to cover them. Add the bouillon cube.

Once most of the water has evaporated and only a little broth remains at the bottom, transfer the potatoes to a heatproof dish.

Arrange the potatoes so they are submerged in the broth, tear the butter into pieces and add it, then sprinkle with black pepper and grated Parmesan cheese. Place in a toaster oven on high for 10 minutes until crispy.
