Steps

Chop onion, capsicum, green chillies, and carrots
Peel the green peas..
Make ingredients ready. - 2
Make Stuffing..
In a pan add oil and Cumin seeds,let it splutter.
Add green chillies,onion and salt. Saute till translucent.
Now add carrots and peas,
Cover the pan and let it cook on slow flame.
When peas and carrot are cooks, add chilli coriander and turmeric powder together with capsicum.
Saute well,
Lastly,add fresh coriander and lemon juice.mix well and remove the mixture in the bowl.
Stuffing is ready. - 3
Now grease the appe pan.
Add half tbsp of dosa better.
Now add a teaspoon of stuffing mixture and top up with the dosa better.
Sprinkle oil and cover the pan.
Let it cook on a slow flame. - 4
After a few minutes, turn up the side down and cook till appe roast well.
Remove in the dish and serve with any chutney or sauce..
I served it with green chutney.
