At first we have to heat the pan and roast panch foron, bay leaves and 2 dry chillies. Now crush the roasted ingredients.

In the frying pan after heating the mustard oil we have fry raw mangoes, amla, ginger in low flame.

After 15 minutes mix the crushed masalas.

Now after cooling it is ready to use with rice, rooti & puffed rice.
