Steps

First of all, heat the pan, add sugar to it and cook on medium to high flame stirring constantly till the sugar melts and caramelize.

Now sieve the sattu powder and add it in caramelized sugar to this and cook it for 1 minute while stirring constantly. Add desiccated coconut powder, milk powder and cardamom powder and mix it well.

After that add hot water and mix well and cook till the mixture thicken and leaves the pan.

Now pour these mixtures to butter applied cake tin and leave this for half an hour. When it is cool a little, spread silver foil paper and crushed pistachio and cut this as desired shape. After cooling, store this in an air tight container.

Now our very healthy and delicious Sattu Coconut Burfi is ready to serve. Now enjoy and it is very healthy too.
