Ingredients

  • 400 gramsYoghurt (chilled)
  • 1 tspRock Salt (approx)
  • 1/4 cupWater (chilled)
  • 1/2 tsproasted special masala powder
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Special homemade roasted masala grind into fine powder
  • dry roast cumin,
  • dry roast coriander,
  • dry roast fennel,
  • bay leaf,
  • cardamom,
  • clove
  • dry red chilli,

    Assemble ingredients

  2. 2

    In blender jar add Yoghurt + rock salt + water + roasted masala and blend well till smooth.

  3. 3

    Masada chaas is done, pour to serving glasses and sprinkle little roasted masala and serve.
