Ingredients

  1. 1 cupLobia (black eyed pea)
  2. 3 tspOil
  3. Salt as required
  4. 1 tspSugar
  5. Half tsp mixed of Cumin & mustard seeds
  6. 1 tspGarlic chutney
  7. 1 + ½ Water
  8. Half tsp Asafoetida powder
  9. HalfLemon
  10. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  11. Half tsp Turmeric powder
  12. 1 tspDhanya jeera powder
  13. Half tsp Garam masala

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take lobia (black eyed pea) soak it for 2 hours

  2. 2

    Boil it for 2 whistle
    Strain it
    Now put oil mustard & cumin seeds, asafoetida powder

  3. 3

    Put 1+ ½ cup water in it Than pit it for 3 minutes put red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dhanya jeera powder, lemon
    Than put boiled lobia (black eyed pea) in it
    Put in low flame for 5-7 minutes
    Than put garam masala
