Arrange all ingredients at one place.
in a pan add oats and dry roast them for 1-2 minute or till aromatic. keep aside to cool it. - 2
In a mixing bowl add curd, whisk well then add soaked chia seeds and chopped cucumber,green Chilli and coriander leaves.

Add pomegranate kernels, and mix well. Add roasted oats.mix again gently.

In a tempering pan add ghee when it hot add mustard seeds,broken dry red chillies,when they started splutter add peanuts and cashews,curry leaves.

Roast for few seconds. turn off the flame pour the tadka on prepared oats mixture. mix well

Transfer in a serving bowl garnish with some pomegranate and coriander leaves then enjoy a healthy tadka oats.
