Steps

Start by adding oil to a pan and let it heat up. Add the urad dal, mustard seeds and curry leaves and let them pop

Add the vermicelli and saute for a minute or two.

Now add the vegetables to the pan.

Add the ginger-chilli paste, salt and water to the panand let it cook.

Check and stir the noodles in between and cook for about 7 to 8 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy ✨
