Jamun Fruit Jam

Wash jamun and keep soaked in water with salt for 20min.

Heat up pan add jamun along with water.
Let it cook on medium heat until it becomes pulpy. - 3
Seeds are slowly starting to separate lightly mash them with spektula
Remove seeds from pulp with using spoon - 4
Now add sugar and cook continue until become sticky and has a dripping contentsy

Do not dry it much
Remove from heat add lemon juice mix well
Let it cool completely. - 6
Your delicious beautiful so tasty jamun fruit jam is ready.
Store it in clean glass jar.
