Ingredients

2 person
  • 1 cupplain yogurt / curd
  • 1/4 cupwater / milk
  • 1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/4 tspchaat masala
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • Black salt as per taste
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped green coriander leaves
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped mint leaves
  • 👉 For Garnishing :--
  • 1/2 cupdry boondi
  • Green coriander leaves as per required
  • Mint leaves as per required
  • Red chilli powder as per required
  • Roasted cumin powder as per required

Steps

05 minutes
  1. 1

    Whisk 1 cup of plain yogurt in a medium mixing bowl until smooth. Add ¼ cup of water or milk and whisk again. (PRO TIP: If your raita is too thick, add some milk or water to thin it out.)

    Then add red chili powder, chaat masala powder, black pepper powder, sugar, a pinch of black salt (to taste), finely chopped green coriander leaves, and finely chopped mint leaves. Stir until fully mixed.

    Then garnish with green coriander leaves, mint leaves, spices, and dry boondi (once you are ready to serve). The yogurt mixture should be chilled.

    Now our very yummy and crunchy Boondi Raita is ready for serve. Serve chilled with any meal.
