In a bowl add yeast, sugar, baking powder,salt and water,keep it aside for 10 min. In a bowl add flour,salt, oil and yeast mixture and knead medium soft dough cover and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour or one. Knead again to smooth and make equal parts,then take one roll it small poori size and fold it in half, prepare steamer and line parchment paper in a plate place the prepared bao buns keep some distance in between and steam for 10 min.

For stuffing in a bowl add all veggies, salt,mato, pepper powder and combine everything well.

For red sauce add all ingredients in a bowl mix it well

Now for serving take bao open it and apply red sauce fill stuffing and serve/enjoy.
