  2. Tahini
  3. Wallnut
  4. Pomengranate
  5. Olive oil
  6. Garlic
  7. Pita bread
  8. Plain Youghart

Steps

  1. 1

    Eggplant is broiled in an open flame before peeling.

  2. 2

    Cut the cooked eggplant into pieces and crash a little garlic abt. 4-5 clove and cut it small pieces

  3. 3

    Add the tahini sauce, youghart and olive oil and mix all the ingredients

  4. 4

    Garnish it with pomegranate and wallnuts
