  • 1 pieceTuna Steak (about 7 oz)
  • 2 teaspoonsOlive Oil
  • 1/4 cupHoney
  • 1/4 cupMustard
  • 1 tablespoonMixed Herbs
  • 1 pinchGround Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoonDried Parsley
  • 1/2 cupCarrot, sliced or half-moon
  • 1/2 cupZucchini, sliced or half-moon
  • 1/2Baguette, sliced
  • 2 tablespoonsButter
  • 1 pieceChipotle Pepper, blended

    Marinate the tuna steak in a bowl with olive oil, mixed herbs, and pepper for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the vegetables with butter, then set aside.

  3. 3

    In a small pan, melt some butter, then add mustard, honey, and a touch of blended chipotle pepper.

  4. 4

    In another pan, heat a little olive oil and sear the marinated tuna steak on both sides. Once seared, place it on a large plate, create a sauce mirror, and pour the hot sauce over it. Add the buttered carrots and zucchini. At this point, grill the buttered baguette slices on a griddle or pan, and once ready, sprinkle with dried parsley.
