Ingredients

  1. 1/4 kgbeef bacon / beef stripes
  2. 2 tbspbutter
  3. 1-2meduim size white onion
  4. 1medium size bell pepper (green)
  5. 2-3 cupscooking cream
  6. 1 cupgrated cheese / parmesan
  7. dried basil
  8. 3small cans evaporated milk

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan, cook beef bacon with butter for a minute, then add onion ang bell pepper.. let simmer for 3-4 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add evap milk and cooking cream, let it simmer.

  3. 3

    Add cheese and dried basil.
