Steps

Soak the beans for 3 hours and wash properly to remove the beans coat.

Blend the beans with little water to form a paste.

Pour the paste in a bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until it is fluffy.

Add onions, salt, pepper to the paste and mix very well.

Heat vegetable oil moderately for ten min.

Scoop the paste with spoon drop in the oil.

Fry until golden brown.

Can be served with pap,bread or garri.
