Peel the potatoes and make thin chips put it in the water added with salt and keep it aside

In a bowl take maida corn flour Sabar masala and salt

Add water and make a thin batter

Now take wooden sticks and fold potato chips and insert in skewers

Dip it in prepared batter

Deep fry in medium hot oil

When it turn golden brown in colour keep it out on tissue paper

Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce
