Ingredients

  1. 200 gpistachios
  2. 4eggs
  3. 1/2 cupspelt flour
  4. 1 tbspcoconut oil
  5. Good squirt of Sweet Freedom (fruit syrup)

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-heat the oven to 160 degrees.

  2. 2

    Grind up the nuts in a blender.

  3. 3

    Mix everything together and simply bake in a loaf tin for 30 mins or so... and voila!

  4. 4

    Particularly good with CoYo coconut yoghurt.
