Meatballs with Spaghetti in Chipotle Sauce

First, prepare the rice: Cook the rice with 3 cups of water (about 710 ml), 1 clove of garlic, a splash of oil, a piece of onion, and salt. Simmer over low heat until done.

For the meatballs: Mix the cooked rice, 10 mint leaves, soy sauce, 1 egg, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into meatballs.

Coat the meatballs in breadcrumbs.

Fry the meatballs. NOTE: The oil should be hot enough before frying.

For the spaghetti: Cook the spaghetti with 1 clove of garlic, a piece of onion, a splash of oil, and salt.

For the sauce: Boil the tomatoes until cooked.

Once cooked, blend the tomatoes with the chipotle peppers. (You can add more chipotle peppers if you prefer it spicier.)

Sauté the sauce in oil to season.

To serve: Drain the cooked spaghetti. Place the browned meatballs on top and pour the chipotle sauce over everything.
