  • 1 cupHeinz ketchup
  • 1/2 cupsweet chili sauce brand of your choice
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  • 2tsb of garlic flakes
  • 1/4water

    In a pan on medium heat add all ingredients and water,stir until till the sauce start to thicken then set aside

  2. 2

    Add the marinade to your protein of choice (Trusts it works with all proteins even tofu)

  3. 3

    Put your protein in the oven until cooked. Enjoy!
