Spinach and peas fried balls in creamy tomato gravy

First for making balls blanch spinach and remove excess water from it

Take spinach peas green chilli and ginger in mixer grider pot and grind in a rough paste

Take this paste in a bowl Add salt and gramflour and Rice flour, mix well make a soft dough

Make balls from the dough and deep fry them on a medium flame after frying keep aside

For gravy blanch tomatoes in boiling water for few minuts then remove their skin

Cut tomatoes and make a fine paste

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds ginger garlic paste and saute add tomato pury and cook

While cooking add salt redchilli powder turmeric powder kitchen king powder mix well

As gravy starts leaving oil simmer the flame add cream and cashew paste And sugar to it mux well and cook for soMe time

Add 1/4cup of water cook for few more minuts and turn of the gas

For serving pour gravy in a bowl add fried balls garnish witg fresh cream serve with paratha,rice,pulaw or naan
