Chicken breast cutlet use a meat mallet to thin out to an even level

This is sundried tomato paste it's very high in calories like pesto. I used 1/5 of the serving size for this rollatini

Spread on the chicken breast

Place enough spinach leaves to cover

Turkey pepperoni slices great addition

Place one slice of the provolone in and roll up tight insert toothpicks to hold

Brown on a skillet a little on each side

Top with honey mustard sandwich spread

Place other slice of cheese on top and place in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes
