Wash the dal well and put in pressure cooker. Add the chopped mango pieces along with salt and huldi. Add 2 1/2 katori water and give 3-4 whistles. When steam releases give a stir to the dal so that the mango pieces get mashed in it.

Now make tadka.. Take ghee in a pan and when hot add jeera.. rai and heeng. When spluttering remove and add chilli powder and immediately pour in dal. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.👍😊
