Soak chana dal in water.

Grind to a coarse paste.

Blend ginger and chili to a paste.

Ab chana daal paste me green chilly ginger add karle

To the chana dal paste, add coriander, onion turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt

Mix well. Heat oil in a karahi.

When the oil is hot, fry pakodis.

Remove when slightly cooked. Repeat for all pakodas.

Transfer to a plate.

Now, deep fry again until crisp and brown.

Transfer to a tissue paper

Serve with green chutney.
