Ugali Sukuma
Ugali is a staple meal in Kenya it's rich in carbohydrate.
Steps

For ugali, in a pot, put water till it boils, add maize flour,

Stir consistently and the mixture is in a dough form.

Repeat the same procedure until it cooks enough.

Put it on a plate and cover it with the same pot to retain the heat.

For sukuma, in a pot heat the oil for 1 min, add the chopped onions until brown,

Put the chopped sukumas, sprinkle salt and a royco cube on top,

Steam for less than 5mins, stir just once. the sukuma will be tasty and still maintains it's green color and has more nutrients.

Serve with the ugali while hot.
