Wash the rice and soak it in water for 20 minutes

Now boil the milk and add rice to it

Add sugar as well and let it cook properly for 15 -20 minutes

Also add the elaichi powder to it

When the mixture turns little pink, your rice kheer is ready to serve

Garnish the kheer with kishmish

You can serve it hot or cold. Eat and share with others.
