Mix all ingredients in Bosch mixer for 5 minutes. Scrap sides as needed. Grease and flour bundt pan well. Pour batter into pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Serve warm sprinkled with powdered sugar and fresh raspberries on the side.
