Cabbage is a vegetable eaten in Kenya.most Kenyans take it when raw as salad while others when fried white.enjoy my fried cabbage and ugali.
Steps

Place sufuria on a medium heat then add oil.

Add sliced onions and heat until they are a little brown then add chopped tomatoes.

Cover the sufuria for 3 minutes to allow them to tender
- 4
Add chopped cabbage and stir to mix.
- 5
Add I/4cup of water and cover it again for 5mins.
- 6
Remove them from the heat then serve while its still hot with ugali
