Chia seeds water is a natural bounty of Fibre. Eating them soaked in water helps promote hydration, healthy digestion and lowers hunger. It keeps you full and hence helps in maintaining the weight too. So it sort of helps us to cut short on the food intake. Not only these, it also has many medicinal properties too. Chia seeds are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids. These are called as cooling agents because they help in retaining the water and hence keeps us hydrated. They should be soaked overnight for best results. And this should be kept refrigerated while soaking. The gel like nature of these seeds helps in maintaining the hydration and helps in digestion.

These can be added to Juices, Smoothies, Oatmeal, Puddings, Desserts etc for a healthy change. Isn't it easy and wonderful?
Well! Yes, of course and it's way too healthy and nutritious. Beneficial and wholesome. A big toast to a healthy lifestyle.

Enjoy No Cooking with Zeen!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
