The name says it all. There is nothing much extraordinary about it except for the fact that it has no Sugar in it whatsover and it has been made with Red Banana and that it has been made by me of course. This was an instant idea that hit me when I craved for something sweet yet not a Dessert nor a Sweetmeat. I had used Red Bananas because these are big and plump with lots of health benefits apart from being extra creamy and luscious. The best part is that half of it is enough for a glass of Smoothie. This recipe can be doubled or tripled as per one's requirements.

That's all about this simple yet a flavourful and a refreshing plus filling glass of Smoothie. Coffee can be added according to one's own taste. I had added that one sachet as you all can see. I have used Cow's Milk that has been boiled and cooled a bit before adding Coffee and then used a blender instead of a frother. Do give it a try and refresh yourself with a chilled glass of this awesome Smoothie.

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
