Wash the mutton and set aside.

Wash and cut the guar beans. Chop the fenugreek leaves as well.

Chop the tomatoes and onions.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add the whole spices and onions, and sauté for 5 minutes.

When the onions are lightly fried, add the ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes. Mix well and sauté for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, add all the dry spices. Mix well and sauté for 2 minutes.

Once the spices are cooked, add 1 cup water (about 240 ml), mix well, close the pressure cooker, and cook for 5 whistles.

After 10 minutes, open the cooker, mix well, add the chopped guar beans and cilantro, mix again, cover, and cook for 10 minutes until the guar beans are soft.

After 10 minutes, mix well, add garam masala powder and more cilantro, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Serve the mutton and guar bean curry with roti or rice.
