This is an amazing recipe of white sauce pasta which is going to be cooked in one pot with sauce and veggies and pasta everything in one pot and the taste will be outstanding. For that take a big wok add oil to it when the oil get heated add red chilli flakes and saute for a minute then add finely chopped garlic and green chillies to it mix it and sauce for two minutes then add finely chopped onions and mix well. Cook till the rawness goes away and it gets transparent and start to release oil.

Now add veggies to it and mix well. Then add salt and black pepper powder and mix again cover and cook until it get soft and the oil ooze out. For the veggies you can take any of your choice or you can skip it also or can make it in corn also. I had taken mix veg in that there is 1 cup corn and 1 cup mix of green beans, carrot and green peas and all are frozen you can take fresh or frozen upto you. Once the oil ooze out add maida to it and cook till the rawness goes away then add milk to it.

Add milk and mix well. Then add water to it.
I had used 2 cups of milk and 2 cups of water followed by 1 cup cooking cream and mix them all well. Cooking cream is optional but it gives and amazing taste to the dish. Then add the nutmeg grate it then add and dd half of the mix herb. Mix them well cover it and allow it to boil. After boiling you will see the sauce is getting thick at this point add the penne pasta and mix well. If the sauce is too thick add half cup water to it and cook. - 4
Allow it to cook on high flame. Once get a good boil lower the flame at this point it's 70 percent done now add capsicum and cheese to it and mix well. Cover again and cook for 6-8 minutes. Then off the flame and leave it for 5 minutes then open the lid add the remaining half dried herbs, spring onion greens and coriander leaves and mix really well but very gently. Don't over cook the pasta else it will break while cooking and texture will not come out well. Serve it hot.

If the sauce is too thick then you can add half cup of hot water to it and mix well and it's ready to be served.
