Ingredients

  1. Paanta Bhaat
  2. 1/2 cupGobindo bhog rice
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. Begun Bhorta
  5. 1medium size Begun or eggplant
  6. 1-2green chillies
  7. 2-3garlic cloves
  8. 1medium size onion chopped fine
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Aloo Sedho
  11. 1large potato
  12. 1medium size onion chopped fine
  13. 1-2green chillies
  14. 1 tspmustard oil
  15. Salt as per taste
  16. Peyazi
  17. 1large onion sliced
  18. 1/2 cupBesan
  19. 1/4 cupwater
  20. 1 Tbspyogurt
  21. 1 tsprice flour
  22. 1-2green chillies
  23. Salt as per taste
  24. Oil to fry
  25. Bori Bhaaja
  26. 1/4 cupsmall Bori
  27. Oil to fry

Steps

Prep time -5 mins, Cooking time -30 mins
  1. 1

    For rice - in a bowl have fermented Gobindobhog rice which has 1” of water.

    For Begun Bhorta - roast the begun, with slits and inserting garlic cloves, cool to peel the skin and mash

    Add chopped green chillies, salt, chopped onions and mash well.

    For Aloo sedho - boil the potatoes, cool and peel, mash, add chopped onions and green chillies, little mustard oil and salt. Mash well

    For Peyazi - in a bowl add Besan, water, yoghurt, rice flour, sliced onion, salt, chopped green chillies and mix well.

    Heat mustard oil in wok and add the Peyazi, fry on medium flame golden and set aside

    For Bori - in a wok heat mustard oil and add the Bori and fry, set aside

    Assemble - enjoy 😊
