Steps

Wash, peel and grate raw papaya.

In a mixing bowl add grated papaya, sprouts(any sprouts like moong or mix sprouts)
Add all ingredients one by one. - 3
Add on sesame seeds asafoetida and chopped coriander. Give everything a good mix. Then add water and make a soft dough.

Heat up waffle maker,brush some oil or ghee on it.
And then pour and spread our mixture on waffle maker. cook it well from both sides till become crispy and golden. - 5
Serve it hot along with tomato sauce.
