Take a pan. Add water, salt and oil. Let it boils. Add rice flour.

Mix it well. Cover and cook on low flame. Grease the idiyappam mold and make semiyan in plate with holes. Grease it before hand.

Meanwhile take onion, garlic, garam masala, turmeric and coconut. Grind it well. Take a pan. Add oil and asafoetida. Boil the overnight soaked peas. Keep it ready.

Add curry paste. Continue to cook on low flame.

Continue to cook till oil start to oozing. Add boiled peas. Adjust the salt.

Continue to cook on low flame. Add some fresh coriander leaves. Serve with idiyappam.
