Take a pressure cooker add raw mango and 2-3 glasses of water. Close the lid. Cook on medium flame on 4-5 whistles. After whistles the cooker cool down completely. Peel the boiled mango.

Take a grindstone add mint leaves and black salt. Grind with hand like a paste. Add the paste in mango juice. Add sugar also. Mash and mix everything well.

Discard the leftover thread and fiber of mango on the sieve. Add water according to your choice. Transfer into a jar. Add roasted cumin powder and mix well. Keep refrigerator for better taste.

Mango Panna is ready now. Add ice cubes into the glass. Decorate some mint leaves. Serve chilled and enjoy..... 😋😋
