Steps

Take gongura and pluck only its leaves.

In a bowl take chicken, add chopped onions, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and green chillies.

Add oil and mix well. After mixing, marinate it for half an hour.

Add the marinated chicken into the pan, gongura leaves and mix well.

Add turmeric powder, salt and cook it. Then add chicken masala and garam masala.

Tasty and mouthwatering😋 gongura chicken is ready.
Serve it with hot steaming rice.
