This sauce can be used as a salad dressing, but it goes particularly well with Lamb. Grilled Lamb, Lamb Meatloaf, Lamb Koftas, etc. You can add Pepper OR Chilli, OR your favourite herbs such as Parsley, Mint, Dill, Oregano, etc. If you add some crumbled Fetta, it can be a yummy dip. See the photo below.

1-2 teaspoonsLemon Juice
1-2 teaspoonsOlive Oil *optional
Salt to taste
Additional Ingredients

Herbs *e.g. Parsley, Mint, Dill, Oregano, etc

Combine all ingredients.
