  1. 1/2 poundbacon from hog jowls
  2. 1 teaspoonground black pepper
  3. As neededsalt
  4. 1/2large onion
  5. 4 slicesbread

  1. 1

    Toast the bread and set aside. Chop the bacon. Fry till crispy in a cast iron skillet.

    Chop the onions and add to the bacon. Season the onion and bacon. Plate and serve I hope you enjoy!!!
