Steps

Boil water then poched the egg,set aside when done.

Heat pan add oil then sautee onion until soft.Add in tomatoe then the seasoning.Soy sauce and black pepper.

Cook until the tomatoes are soft.Wnhen done,transfer to a plate.

Then.place the egg on top.
