  4. Teaspoonpepper

  7. Red chili flakes
  8. 2white onions
  9. Halfcan Tomato paste
  10. leavesBay
  11. 1 teaspooncurry powder
  12. 1 poundlentils
  13. 2 cupswhite rice

Cooking Instructions

    Blend two onions in 10 ozs of water and brown the slurry with your seasonings and half a can tomato paste.

    Add 32 ozs of vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

    Once boiling, add lentils and cook 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add 16 of ozs of water and add soaked rice and cook for 20 more minutes.

  5. 5

    Stir and cook on medium high heat.
