At first boil milk in a kadai. On the other hand in a frying pan fry almonds and cashews with little bit of refined oil.

Now grind fried cashew nuts, almonds and soaked raisins to make a paste of it. By that time when the milk gets more thickened pour sago,sugar into it and boil for another 3- 5 minutes in low flame.

Now add the paste which I have made earlier. Turn off the gas. Now make it cool for half an hour. Add mango pulp into milk shake in bowl and also add some portion of pomegranate into the gravy. Make it cold in a refrigerator for one hour. Now decorating it remained mango into the smoothie in two' wine glasses.

Serve it cold according to your choice to make it look nice.
