Note: if desired you can use boiled, steamed, raw beetroot all taste great. If you don't have frozen bananas🍌, I kindly recommend that you can use fresh bananas 🍌 but just add ice cubes to get thick cold consistency. In my recipe, I have used raw beetroot and fresh bananas🍌.

Peel and chop the beetroot into small cubes, peel fresh bananas 🍌 and chop the into small cubes, in a blender jar add fresh bananas 🍌, cubes of beetroot, yogurt, cold milk 🥛.

Add cocoa powder, cardamom powder, sugar, ice cubes and rose water 🌹💦, 1/2 tbsp of chai seeds blend till you get a smooth consistency, pour the smoothie 🥤into serving glasses.

Top with sliced almonds 🌰, one or two sliced banana 🍌, tiny cubes of beetroot and sprinkle some chai seeds. Serve and Enjoy
