In a bowl mix crushed corn, corn kernels, rice flour, green chilli - ginger paste, coriander & salt.

Mix everything very well. Do not add any water.

Heat oil. Drop spoonfuls of batter in the hot oil. Do not touch the pakoras for 30 seconds. No

Now turn them & cook till they become crispy & golden.

Remove them on the kitchen paper. Serve them hot with a cup of tea or green chutney or tomato ketchup.
