A refreshing dessert to beat the heat, with a satisfying, sweet and tangy flavor.

Cook the winter melon sugar block with water until it dissolves. Add more water to adjust to the desired sweetness, then strain out any solids.

Take 13 1/2 cups (about 3200 ml) of winter melon tea, and cook with the agar strips until completely dissolved. Add the lemon juice and mix well. Pour into a heat-resistant mold and let cool. Refrigerate for about 2-3 hours until chilled. Enjoy the sweet and tangy flavor.
